We are looking for a Facility Manager to join a stunning residential aged care facility
Located within the Orana region of NSW
Beautiful 59 bed home
Your core focus and responsibility will be the operations of the facility and the day-to-day running of the home
Report to a strong Regional Manager

S K I L L S & Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S

Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Experience as a Facility Manager within residential aged care
Strong knowledge of the aged care standards and accreditation
Great leadership and management skills
Passionate about aged care and making a difference.

P E R K S

You will be working for a reputable not for profit aged care provider who are known for their tailored career progression plans
Supportive and structure in the home - you will have plenty of support to make your job easier
CM on site with 24/7 registered nursing
