Due to an increase in business demands, this is a great opportunity to join a dedicated HR team with one of Australia's largest organisations in the education sector.

Currently there is a need for a Project Administrator who has several years of HR experience with larger employer groups, with an in-depth knowledge of the Clerks Private Sector Award.  A background in Payroll will be a bonus, but not essential. Success in the role will also come from building strong relationships with internal staff, management and external stakeholders through astute verbal and written communication, along with having a keen eye for detail and integrity.  
The skills and experience we are looking for are:
  • 3-4 Years of HR Administration/Co-ordination
  • Strong working knowledge of Clerks Private Sector Award
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel Skills
  • Sharp eye for detail
  • Adept time management & problem-solving skills
This is a contract role, with a view to developing it into a permanent HR Advisor position with more variety. Even though this role will be completely working from home during the current lockdown period, you will be welcomed to a supportive HR & Payroll team for whom you will be closely working with throughout the project.
