An exciting opportunity has just opened up for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team!

We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to hit the ground running in providing permanent and temporary recruitment services to our new and existing clients, with special focus on recruiting within the State Government Public Sector. To be successful in this role you will need to have previous experience working in a Recruitment Agency as a Consultant.

Palladium Recruitment supply permanent, temporary and labour hire staff to the Shoalhaven, Illawarra and South Coast region. Our office is based in the Nowra CBD. We specialise in sourcing hard-to-find, highly skilled and qualified people across a wide range of industries. In January 2020, Palladium Recruitment became a part of the Synergy People family. While it is business as usual for Synergy, the Palladium brand will remain a standalone business while having the access and support of Synergy People’s growing infrastructure, with offices located in Ingleburn and Baulkham Hills. 

Duties will include but not limited to:
  • Building and maintaining client relationships within the State Government Sector Framework - Syndey based clients
  • Consulting with organisations on their recruitment needs
  • Maintaining an active candidate talent pool
  • Writing and placing job advertisements
  • Assessing and pre-screening candidate resumes and job applications
  • Organising and conducting candidate interviews, both in person and over Skype
  • Meeting achievable KPIs and Targets
  
Essential Criteria:
  • Minimum 3 years’ Recruitment Consultant experience
  • Previous experience maintaining Recruitment Databases
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office User (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Pro-active and confident with a natural ability to build rapport
  • Ability to maintain candidate and client confidentiality and privacy
  • Class C Driver’s Licence
 
Desirable Criteria:
  • Relevant Certificates/Qualifications in Human Resources or related 
  • Understanding of the recruitment needs and government processes within the NSW State Government Sector Framework
  
Start Date: Immediately

Hours of Work: Full time

Location: Nowra CBD

Salary: Negotiable, dependant on experience and qualifications.
