The Company:  Privately owned New Zealand Company who have been in business for over 65 years.  They products are imported from overseas and also New Zealand and provide support for well-known household brands.  They are a major supplier to retailers and endeavour to bring the best deals and products to the market.

The Role:  Our client is looking for someone to be a proactive key member of their team who is used to dealing with manual systems.  You will need lots of initiative and a drive to make improvements to systems within the company with a possibility to integrate into WMS within a couple of years.  The successful person will have a flexible approach to work, understanding of stock control systems and experience in coordinating annual stock counts along with a willingness to learn and adapt.   Combine the above with a keen eye for detail, problem solving ability and good analytical skills.  

To be considered for this role, you will have to have:
  • Proven track record of inventory management
  • Experience in a warehousing / manufacturing environment
  • Improvements focused with the ability to manage and drive change
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • Good Time Management
  • Fast Learner
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Strong work ethic
