Are you an ambitious L&D Advisor looking for an impact role that will enable you to progress your career?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the design and delivery of creative training programs using new technologies that will make a difference in how employees learn and are trained.  

Your strong instructional design and technical skills, your ability to work collaboratively across the organisation and your ability to manage a portfolio of work with an agile approach will be key when being considered for this role.

Key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Partnering with the OD/LD Manager in the design and delivery of organisation-wide learning initiatives and programmes.
  • Instructional design and development of paper-based learning materials as well as creating engaging e-learning modules for both systems and non-systems content 
  • The administration and management of the LMS
  • Proving ongoing reporting and analysis  of all training activities
  • Work collaboratively with all areas of the organisation to foster effective training and learning experiences through the use of technology, content, development, and course design.
