This family friendly career opportunity will suit an “up-and-coming” agricultural professional who is seeking an opportunity to join a highly regarded privately owned cropping business. Our client is a progressive, highly respected family-owned broadacre cropping agribusiness, located near Cunderdin, in Western Australia’s Central Wheatbelt. Cropping approximately 7000 He of wheat, barley, lupin, canola, oats and hay, the business has a reputation for “getting it right” and investing in its people. Located just two hours’ drive east of Perth, the Cunderdin region offers access to schooling up to year twelve, public transport to Perth and nearby access to a broad range of social and commercial infrastructure.

The Role:

On a daily basis, the Team Manager will be responsible for the execution of the agreed farm management plan.  Supported by the Managing Director and a dedicated team, the Team Manager will assist in driving the culture, efficiency and profitability of the farm while ensuring a consistent focus on occupational health and safety. The responsibilities will include learning how to drive all aspects of a broadacre crop production including managing and recruiting staff, operations, maintenance and preparation of all farm equipment.
