Your New Role

Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Finance and Admin Assistant, basically a great all-rounder to join their team.  This is a permanent position based in the CBD.

What you need to succeed

This is an excellent opportunity, it is a varied role and will suit someone with at least a Cert IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping.

Your role will be varied including: 
  • End to End Accounts Payable
  • Purchase Orders
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Budgeting
  • Credit Card Reconciliation
  • Reconciliation of Bank Accounts, Petty Cash
  • New Supplier on boarding
  • General Admin Tasks
  • Reception Relief as required 
What you need to know
  • 1 - 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • At least a Cert IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Flexible, adaptable working style
  • Team focussed
  • Experience with Dynamic 365, Xero, ApprovalMax
  • Intermediate MS office capabilities (Notably Excel, Word and Outlook)
