Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Finance and Admin Assistant, basically a great all-rounder to join their team. This is a permanent position based in the CBD.
Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Finance and Admin Assistant, basically a great all-rounder to join their team. This is a permanent position based in the CBD.
What you need to succeed
This is an excellent opportunity, it is a varied role and will suit someone with at least a Cert IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping.
Your role will be varied including:
- End to End Accounts Payable
- Purchase Orders
- Accounts Receivable
- Budgeting
- Credit Card Reconciliation
- Reconciliation of Bank Accounts, Petty Cash
- New Supplier on boarding
- General Admin Tasks
- Reception Relief as required
- 1 - 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
- At least a Cert IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping
- High level of attention to detail
- Flexible, adaptable working style
- Team focussed
- Experience with Dynamic 365, Xero, ApprovalMax
- Intermediate MS office capabilities (Notably Excel, Word and Outlook)
