Our client is an established, stable and diversified professional services company. Servicing the Employment, Digital Lead Generation / Marketing and Offshoring / Outsourcing Industries, our client will offer a variety of challenges where no two day will ever be the same!
Reporting to the Account Manager and Director of the business, your role will include all aspects of accounts related activity within the group, namely (but not limited to): accounts payable / receivable (and related data entry), bank account maintenance, general ledger, reconciliations, accounts related administration, payroll, quarterly GST reporting, sub-contractor payments and overdue debtors. You will liaise with external accountants where necessary providing accurate accounting related information. Further, you will be assigned a number of ad-hoc administration and P/A tasks by the director of business.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a similar capacity, ideally with an SME. You will possess strong administration and IT skills coupled with advanced communication abilities. You will enjoy a faced paced working environment and enjoy a diversity of tasks in your role.
The role will supply flexible part-time hours with the possibility of becoming a full-time capacity in the future.
