The Role:
  
At present, our client is looking for an Assistant Accountant to assist the Financial Accountant to ensure accurate, timely and complete financial information is produced for the business to meet reporting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Preparation of the monthly financial results.
  • Taking full responsibility for GL input and account review. Ensure all journals are completed and results are ready for review.
  • GL reconciliations.  
  • Maintain cashbook and process payment for all local and overseas suppliers.
  • GST creation and P&L Re-allocations.
  • Asset Capitalisation.
  • Continuous process improvement for Balance sheets and journals.    
  • Adhoc project work 
Key Skills/ Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Accounting/ Commerce, or similar qualification
  • Having a CA qualification or working towards your CA is essential
  • Experience in a medium/large organisation in a similar role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills - Excel, Word, outlook
  • Experience with Microsoft Navision ERP is desirable/ similar large ERP system
