The Company:

Our client is a renowned services business based in Greenlane and an important part of the NZ community. At present they have a need for a Process Improvement Analyst to join their fast-paced National Finance team in this newly created role. 
The Role:
This role is an interesting mix of Finance, Systems & Process and supports the Senior Specialist and the Head of Financial Systems. The role will also help to mentor and develop two other members of the team. 
You will be the primary point of contact in the business for all financial systems and to coordinate all user requests to ensure a positive user experience. The role will work closely with the Financial Systems & Process Design Specialist to assists with implementing business focused improvements through effective integration into financial application software. 
Key Skills & Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science or related field
  • 6+ years of combined technical/ analytical and finance experience
  • Excellent process-based problem-solving skills
  • Experience in business and systems improvement
  • In depth and applied understanding of financial drivers and processes
  • Strong communication skills
