This Not For Profit has been providing assistance in the community for the past 25 years. Through a number of channels into the community they provide support for individuals and families. Their services go across residential houses with 24/7 support, school holiday programmes and aspirational centres to name a few.

Ideally, you'll come from a health care sector and have a good understanding of appropriate legislation. You'll be working across the organisation to ensure compliance. You'll be tasked to develop an integrated quality management system and ensure the integrity of the data. As the Quality Manager, you'll be hands-on with regards to investigations, complaints and any incidents. Then ensuring that corrective measures are in place to alleviate future issues.

Having the ability to pull together individuals on various projects will be beneficial for your success. Working across numerous steering groups/committees. As well as being actively involved in the Service Design and Continuous Improvement Committee.

This will be a challenging but incredibly rewarding role for the successful individual. Although they may not have the budgets of commercial entities a competitive salary awaits.
