The Company

Our client is a NZ owned and operated FMCG business which is developing a substantial footprint in the New Zealand market. The business is able to demonstrate strong growth and an unerring commitment to Continuous Improvement and ongoing investment in its operations and people.

The business is focusing on growing its supply chain and is now recruiting a Supply Chain Graduate who will provide support to the Supply Chain Team and take on future responsibilities in planning, purchasing, forecasting and S&OP.

The Opportunity

Working as part a key member of the Supply Chain Team, this role will be responsible for day-to-day supply chain administration and purchasing.

Your key responsibilities include, though are not limited to:
  • Purchasing administration
  • Supplier relationship management
  • Master data management on Excel
  • Preparing supply chain reports and analysis
  • Supporting the supply chain team with demand forecasting, purchasing, supply planning and S&OP
  • The opportunity to be involved in Continuous Improvement projects
What's in it for you? 
You will likely be degree-qualified in Operations or Supply Chain Management and have some practical experience in supply chain ideally, in an FMCG or retail environment. You will bring enthusiasm and energy and the ability to build and develop effective and positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. With a good eye for detail, you will be solutions-focused and eager to learn and develop.
