The past five-year period of this companies’ life cycle can be described as one of significant growth and expansion, acquisition, diversification, and a consistent and unrelenting strive towards best practice. With further growth forecast and ambitious goals to kick over the next five-year period, a key focus is to secure an experienced credit professional. Your initial remit will be to implement best practice and apply rigour to the organisation-wide credit process.
  
The Opportunity:
Central towards their move towards an efficient credit function, will be the development and implementation of an automated credit scorecard process. As project lead, your remit will be to deploy the scorecards throughout the business; to develop and implement, and to work with the respective teams and individuals impacted. Post implementation, your position will shift to complete credit oversight for the group, and the continuous improvement of credit process, procedure, and systems.

Skill sets & experience required to be successful:
The role offers scope, variety, and a mandate to bring about change. Therefore, we are targeting an individual with a proven track record within credit management. Specific experience with credit scorecards and dashboards is essential. As a position with an advisory focus, your relationship management and stakeholder engagement skill sets will be particularly strong. As a company experiencing constant growth, you will be someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, with an ability to effectively balance business as usual and project related responsibilities.
