Newly created Business Analyst role to join an innovative Sydney CBD based software company who specialise in the Human Resources/Payroll/Rostering Time & Attendance product space!

Are you a self starter? A go getter?  Do you have experience/knowledge/background of HR/Payroll/Rostering Time & Attendance products?  

In this role you will be working with a market leader in their specialised field of ‘innovative integrated HR Solutions’, who has rocketed in growth over the past 12 months and they want you to be part of their success story!

Reporting to the Product Director, working in a cross functional team and following the Agile methodology.  

HR / Payroll / Rostering Time & Attendance commercial industry and product experience are essential for this role. 

Location: Sydney CBD - with a flexible work environment

What you will need to bring:
  • Proven experience of working as a Business Analyst with product experience of HR / Payroll / Rostering Time & Attendance
  • Working on the end to end business analysis lifecycle of product development 
  • Extensive experience of working to the Agile methodology is essential for this role - creating user stories, product backlog grooming, drive and understand the product roadmap, working to 2 weekly agile sprints
  • Exceptional communication and engagement skills, managing external customers and internal stakeholder expectations 
  • Facilitating workshops and gathering requirements and documentation 
  • Utilising the Atlassian Suite - Jira, Confluence 
  • Exceptional attention to detail, project management skills and strong delivery focus
  • Open and collaborative work approach and attitude
