We are seeking a motivated and adaptable campaign officer for a well-established residential and commercial energy provider. You would be required to execute end to end sales campaigns via thorough Phone and email correspondence and face to face interactions to effectively convert hot leads and new customers into an embedded network. 

This role would would be ideal for a highly motivated and results driven individual looking to take their sales career to the next step.

A market leader within the utilities space. These guys have offices based in Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide. Their HQ is in Hawthorn East which is where your new role will be based. Responsibilities and key duties

  • Liaise with tenants and obtain explicit consent to successfully acquire new customers.
  • Be available to tenancies to assist with any questions or queries they have.
  • Successfully manage objections.
  • Establish and Nurture stakeholder relationships
  • Administrative duties and record keeping to be reported to the commercial sales coordinator.
  • Consistently and effectively meet sales targets and KPIs. 

Ideal Candidate 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • ability to negotiate and handle objections in a professional manner.
  • ability to work autonomously and prioritise responsibilities.
  • detail orientated, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Prior experience working in sales or accounts management and a comprehension of electricity tariffs and industry terms would be desirable. 
  • Must have a valid drivers license.
