This is a permanent role that is currently 0.8 FTE with the scope to grow to full time hours as Melbourne's restriction eases. 

The role

Your new role will see you provide assistance to internal stakeholders and work behind the scenes on reward and loyalty campaigns for a range of clients. From ordering supplies, updating reward ranges and trouble shooting when items become discontinued or delayed, you will be the go to person for all supply management! 

You will be a natural when it comes to managing end to end projects and work well to timelines and prioritising work loads. You are detail focused and have a keen eye for process improvement. 

Key requirements 

  • 2+ years experience in an inventory or B2B rewards role
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills 
  • Ability to really own a process and make it your own 
  • You are passionate, motivated and have a strong sense of initiative
