Australian Superintendence Company (ASC) is is a long established and highly regarded Australian owned company. We are an independent provider of inspection and laboratory services to the Australian grain export industry.

With our head office located in East Brisbane, we operate Australia wide and have global coverage. ASC has earned an excellent reputation for high quality, professional and prompt service.

We have recently renovated our office and laboratory to provide world class facilities. We are close to public transport and have on-site parking.

Role
This role is for a Documents Coordinator / Office Administrator with our friendly team in East Brisbane. We are seeking an individual who is willing to take on a challenging multi-faceted role to make life interesting, in an often fast paced environment with a global client base.

The major functions of the role are regular client liaison on email and phone in order to draft analysis reports that form a critical part of export documentation. Volume of work can vary depending on the season and can be very busy between December and July. Other tasks include logging samples into the laboratory database and typical admin duties associated with a busy office.

Candidate:
The successful applicant will be a true multi tasker with excellent organisational skills that enable you to prioritise your work to meet deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy are absolutely vital attributes you must possess to succeed in the role. These talents should be supported by the ability to work efficiently and occasionally under pressure with a calm demeanour.

You will be required to plan, track and follow up your activities each day so will need to have strong capability in this area.

Salary
Remuneration is negotiable and will be based on the experience and capability of the successful candidate.
