Looking for an exciting customer service opportunity that provides challenge and responsibility? Are you comfortable on the phones with clients providing great customer service whilst at the same time liaising with field technicians to ensure our service is awesome.
Bittn Pest Control is currently in the process of recruiting for a customer service coordinator to join the team and assist the business during a strong growth phase. It’s an exciting time for the business and we’d love you to join along for the ride!

Skills & Experience
  • Customer service experience of 12-18 months is absolutely necessary.
  • Strong internal and external customer support.
  • Experience with appointment setting and job scheduling is beneficial.
  • Ambition to learn and grow quickly in a young and developing company.
  • CRM experience
The Role
  • Working as part of a high performing and busy team.
  • To provide exceptional customer service throughout all points of contact.
  • Dealing with incoming customer bookings and appointments
  • Working with the field team to ensure a high quality of service
  • Contracts administration
  • Various daily actions to ensure the smooth running of our operations centre
Ideal Candidate
  • Has proven success in phone-based customer service.
  • Is customer service driven.
  • Is resilient individual with a good sense of humour
  • Lives close to Surfers Paradise
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Is reasonably tech savvy and procedure driven.
