As the Bakery Manager, you will lead, coach and support a team of 10, to deliver on production quality, customer expectations and sales projections.

About the Role:
● Lead, motivate and coach a team of bakers, apprentices and packers
● Collaborate with the wider leadership team
● Develop effective rosters along with projection planning for peak periods
● Achieve daily compliance and activity reporting
● Support the Store Manager to deliver a great customer experience

Skills & Experience:
● Experienced retail manager with exposure to a highly regulated environment ● Previous success in leading and developing a diverse team
● Effective written and verbal communication skills
● Passion for visual merchandising and stock control
● Qualified baker or appropriate skills prefered 

● $74k+super salary + potential to earn 16% bonus
