About you:
  • You have proven 2+ years of management experience - preferably in a complex, general merch or telco retail environment
  • You're confident in your leadership style
  • You enjoy working in a complex retail environment where no two days are the same
  • You're target and results-driven and can successfully help drive the retail team
  • You're organised and have good time-management skills
About the role:
  • Assist the Manager in training, developing and driving the retail team
  • Work across and manage 3 departments - finance, second-hand buying and retail sales
  • Meet and exceed targets and KPI's - motivating and encouraging your team along the way
  • Complete operational tasks efficiently
