About the Role 
  • Reporting to the Area Manager and responsible for the coaching and driving of sales in the store and overseeing a team of 8.
  • Merchandising product and co-ordinating customer service whilst completing day to day administration tasks.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service by ensuring that service standards are high and that you are coaching your team & leading from the front. 
  • Adhering to staff sales and customer service training plans and their timelines and ensuring all team members are competent in sales and meeting the targets.
  • Maximizing profitability by effectively managing wages, rostering, controllable expenses and budget allocations.

About you
  • Held a retail/customer service management position with proven business and team leadership experience.
  • Strong sales skills who achieve sales budgets and KPIs, who drives and motivates their team.
  • Great mentorship skills and ability to train and coach staff in sales and succession plan team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver a high level of customer service and develop and maintain ongoing customer relationships.
  • Believes that good customer service is the key to success and an interest in new technologies and has the ability to adapt and retain new product knowledge.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to undertake personal growth.
