This small, but growing NZ boutique retailer with international reach, are looking to expand their team. If you have a passion for organic, ethical and sustainable products then apply to join them as their Senior Planner!

What you need to bring:
  • Proven Planning experience ideally within an apparel retailer
  • Strong Excel & planning leadership skills
  • Strong ability to analyse data and work with numbers
  • Understanding of OTB management
  • A passion for ethically and sustainably produced products
Responsibilities of the role:
  • Create and analyse sales reports in relation to stock-flow, expected and achieved sell-through and range reviews
  • Putting together OTB plans & stock allocation
  • Understand and review product lifecycles
  • Identify fast and slow sellers and help the business react accordingly
  • Inventory management across wholesale and retail
  • Manage and develop the Assistant Planner & Logistics Assistant 
  • Help to develop their already growing UK and USA online sales
  • Report directly to the company director
  • Work closely with the Buying and Sales teams
