The Role: As an experienced Store Manager, you will lead from the front to drive, develop and inspire your team to achieve overall success for your store. 
Your 'hands on' approach and your confident management style, will have you mentoring and leading your large team to deliver on all daily operational tasks. Based in South Wharf DFO, this is a high volume business and one that will challenge and reward you!
  
What's required for the role:
  • An experienced Store Manager or Big Box Retail Manger, who can lead by example to set management expectations across your +20 team and manage performance effectively 
  • Train, mentor and coach team members to exceed set targets and KPIs
  • Build the business in line with the company vision and values
  • Problem solving and ability to provide solutions without hesitation
  • Produce and analyse financial reports for success of the store with a high level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Manage team on the shop floor and back of house to ensure that all operational tasks are completed with OH&S in mind
  • Proactive approach and confident understanding in loss prevention management 
  • Ensure mannequins, displays and windows are updated in accordance with Visual Merchandising guidelines and expectations
  • Thorough understanding of stock management processes
