Looking for an experienced assistant store manager at the flagship Hawthorn East location who leads and drives results from the front. A leader who will develop their team to deliver exceptional sales results and customer experiences.
  • Support the manager on all aspects of running the store
  • Lead, coach and develop the team
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience, through authentic and meaningful interactions with our customers
  • Drive sales and ensure the achievement of all KPI's as set by the company
  • Create an inspirational, supportive, and informative environment for your team
  • Implement promotional & visual merchandising initiatives as directed by our VM team
  • Ensure store operations and retail standards are implemented and maintained
  • Create employee rosters and manages employee time recording/hours
  • Processing and replenishing stock according to company standards
  • Be an advocate of health and safety in the workplace

We are looking for an assistant store manager with fantastic communication skills, preferably from a fashion apparel background who has impeccable standards, can drive sales and KPI's at pace, while coaching and leading the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
