To be successful, you will need:  
  • 2 - 3 years management experience, either retail or hospitality 
  • A motivated, dedicated, passionate retail manager
  • Hands on, proactive, high energy, initiative 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic
  • Ability to lead a team by setting the example
  • A strong focus on customers and delivering world class service
  • Solid understanding of stock control 
  • Results driven you will rise to any challenge thrown at you
