  • menu development and strategy
  • COGs
  • Compliance
  • Food safety program 
  • Annual HACCP auditing
  • Supplier negotiations and supplier compliance
  • Compliance with the NSW Healthy choices
  • Internal development of BOH teams
  • Manage and update cost prices in the internal POS system
Skills & Experience
  • Full understanding of costings 
  • Supplier negotiations
  • Recipe development 
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet project deadlines
  • High quality of work
  • Strong communications skills
  • Attractive salary of $80 - 90k + super
  • 10% bonus based on KPIs and company performance
