My client is leading Hotel Group with multiple Venues. With a mix of business, corporate and leisure guests, they cater to a wide audience and pride themselves on providing an exceptional guest experience.

We have a rare opportunity for a Hotel Operations Manager to join their team and take responsibility for
  • Leading the teams across front office, guest service, rooms to achieve company goals and standards
  • Manage the financials budgets and strategy to achieve these
  • Oversee rostering, payroll and administrative functions
  • Adhoc operational duties 

To be considered fo this role you will have a minimum of 3 years experience ce in the hotel sector ideally at Front Office Manager, Hotel Manager level. You will be passionate about developing teams and exceeding guest expectations and will be comfortable operating at a very hands on level- you will not be afraid to roll up your sleeves and answers reservations calls when needed.
