We're seeking Chefs for roles including Demi Chef, Chef de Partie & Sous Chef, from Pubs to Winerys. Flexible, rotating rosters. Mainly single shifts!

What we are looking for:

We're keen to hear from the best Chefs in the west who could be a perfect fit for the several roles we have with a range of Pubs, Winerys and Members Clubs.

If you're an enthusiastic Chef looking to step up or just want a positive change with a reputable operator then we may have something for you.
All levels are with management teams that take the modern approach; investing in people, providing a healthy working culture, results focused!

Seeking professionals who have a genuine passion for improving menu quality, building supplier relationships, fine tuning kitchen systems, training and mentoring less experienced staff, and most importantly, playing a hands on role in a team environment.


What you'll get in return
  • $54,000 - $68,000 + super (based on level on role)

  • Balanced rosters, flexible arrangements can be made pending role - most roles are single shifts only (based on a 42hr roster)
  • Build on your Kitchen Management skill set whilst improving culinary techniques

Skills & Experience
  • Experience as a Sous Chef, CDP, and Demi Chef
  • Certificate III Commercial Cookery or apprentice trained
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 'Can do' attitude is essential
  • Someone who strives for excellence regardless the level of cuisine
  • Advanced understanding of food safety and kitchen best practise models
