Assistant Store/Restaurant Manager - Takapuna

The Role:


Assist the store manager in the day to day running of the store. Upholding customer service excellence. As the assistant manager you will be a natural leader with a passion for hospitality.

Duties:
  • Opening and closing of the store when required
  • Assisting the manager with rostering and recruitment 
  • Uphold a high level of hygiene, health and safety and company standards
  • Liaising with clients for special functions and dietary requirements 
  • Ensuring the quality and presentation of food meets the expected level
  • Overseeing other staff members 
  • Assisting the manager with maintaining stock levels and ordering 
  • Counter management
  • Pizza making in the kitchen when required 
About you:
  • Current managers certificate and LCQ preferred
  • Customer service excellence
  • Good communication skills
  • Friendly and approachable 
  • Proactive
  • Good personal hygiene 
  • Able to work as a team player as well as autonomously 
  • Honest and reliable 
  • Flexible over a 7 day roster
