Perfect opportunity for a Chef de Partie or similar to work for a small multi outlet operation, focusing on Functions, Catering, and Prep

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who can communicate well with others, embraces a healthy team morale, and can carry out instructions in a fast paced environment.

If you have a background in hotels and/or pubs, then we think this could be a long term role you'll love whilst soaking up all the benefits. 

As a Buffet Sous Chef, you will own your section whilst helping your Head Chef and small team in anyway possible, from crossing over with prep to jumping on catering when required.

You will be highly organised, can work to deadlines, and most importantly have a 'can do' attitude.

  • Certificate III Commercial Cookery or trained apprentice
  • Advanced understanding of food safety & hygiene, OHS
  • Well presented, good communication skills, passionate
  • You are a team player
