Our client is looking for a talented, hardworking and motivated individual with a drive to succeed and determination for more. You will be the face of this energetic complex helping run the whole day to day operation. 

The Role: 
  • Overlook all venue operations whilst being very hands on during service periods.
  • Lead, develop & motivate your team. Driving them to perform to the best of their ability helping themselves improve and allowing the company to grow. 
  • Lead from the front by providing exceptional customer service keeping the high energy happy vibe in the establishment.
  • Be involved with promotional activity and business development. 
  • Responsible for the Health & Safety of all the dining customers, the 16 restaurant operators and their staff.
  • Ordering weekly stock.
  • Keep on top of pest control. 
  • Help Implement new strategies to improve the operation of the establishment. 
  • Report directly to the Building Manager.

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

  • Have a can-do attitude with a strong leadership background
  • Managed a team of 5 in a past role
  • Very confident with a proactive mindset
  • Business development and commercial experience
