The Opportunity 

We are looking for a passionate and driven Chef de Partie to join this upscale brewery opening on the coast for six months in Lorne!

Situated in the heart of Lorne, this energetic brewery is the newest hot spot. Spend the summer listening to vinyl and great live bands while serving fresh local seafood to the locals and tourists. 

You will be responsible for but not limited to;
  • Assisting the leadership team with day to day operations
  • Providing quality food and presentation of all dishes
  • Management of WH & S and food safety policies and procedures
  • Food preparation and service 
About You 

If you are a Chef de Partie and are able to successfully demonstrate the following;
  • Able to execute all kitchen operations
  • Contemporary menu implementation, attention to detail and plating techniques
  • Able to work with fresh, high quality meats & seafood, and carefully manage suppliers
  • Unwavering food safety practices
  • Great leadership, interpersonal skills & ability to drive a team to succeed
  • Available and willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
  • A solid understanding of the financial aspects of running a successful kitchen, food costs & stock control
  • Permanent visa holder, Australian residents and/or Working Holiday Visa Holders considered
  • Full-time 4 day working week available
