In this position you will be responsible for overseeing 3x separate shifts, ensuring the team is optimising performance & driving production whilst having an innovative mindset seeking continuous improvement!
- Oversee morning, evening and night shifts
- Involvement in recipe development for deli cabinet and ready-to-go meals
- Roster and support a team of 35 engaged and loyal staff
- New product development
- Collaboration with the wider management team
- Pragmatic and engaging leadership style
- Strong time management skills and prioritisation of tasks
- Creative and innovative culinary exposure
- Strong business acumen to deliver on financial and operational requirements
- Proven experience managing a production kitchen

- $80k-$100k depending on experience
- Monday - Friday business hours with flexibility
