The Role: 
  • Assist with all Bakery operations and be very hands on during service periods.
  • Learn & develop incredible skills from your team. Allowing you to master the art of Artisan Bakery and in turn help the company succeed. 
  • Bring your ideas to the table (recipe development, different flavours and techniques)
  • You must have experience in traditional fermentation and sourdough techniques
About You:
  • Level 5 NZQA Qualification or European Apprenticeship equivalent
  • Good understanding of production and baking techniques
  • Experience in recipe development and optimisation
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in the production of European breads 
  • You have excellent skills in communication, a team player who is fun, hardworking and flexible
  • A commitment to high personal and professional standards.

  • Flexible (weekend work is required)
