This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fun environment with peers who are committed to the business and their mission. You will be based in a busy call centre with outbound product sales and support phone calls, emails and live chat. We are looking for someone who has excellent organisational skills with a high level of diligence and attentiveness in a very fast paced environment.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous Sales and Customer Service Experience
  • Proven successful sales track record
  • Exceptional computer skills
  • Great communication skills both written and oral
  • Organised and self-motivated individual
  • Energetic, “go-getter” attitude
The Role:
  • Working towards weekly and monthly KPI’s
  • Hitting weekly targets
  • Being the first point of contact for all enquiries
  • Taking, quoting and processing orders
  • Building relationships with customers keeping them informed about new products and promotions
  • Handling frequently asked questions regarding products
  • Updating databases
  • General administration
To be successful in this role you need to have excellent communication skills along with a strong customer service/sales focus within outbound and self-motivation. You must have previous sales or customer service experience with a proven track-record of being able to work independently.
