Proactive Account Manager to look after 2 huge Financial Services Clients - Mainly contract roles with strong workflow - Focusing on Project Services

This role is based with an Executive Search firm with a strong focus within the Banking & Finance industry.  Work among seasoned Recruitment professionals in a high performing but relaxed culture.

The desk has come available as Director needs to hand over two main clients to free up time to grow the business unit.  This means they will be able to provide a full hand over and intro into client stakeholders.

These are huge clients with continuous workflow who are projected to get busier, so you need to be proactive and be able to work under pressure.  It’s a role where self-motivation is key and to own it.

Mainly contract roles and all within Project Services so an understand of this vertical would be highly regarded.  Working with Financial Services clients you need to be able to present well and be able to communicate at all levels.

If you’re looking for a role with a career path, then this will have the ability to move into a leadership role.

You must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working with Tier 1 clients. 

Have the drive and motivation to get out there and build your brand.  This isn’t a role where you will be micromanaged or have KPI’s to work to, its purely based on outcomes.  You will however have all the support you need from the Director.
