We are looking for a Business Analyst with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to come in, improve our systems & drive collaboration across the business. You will be the interface between our stakeholders, customers, and digital development teams, so the ability to engage and build strong relationships is essential. We are looking for an individual that loves the nitty-gritty and can seamlessly translate from business needs/process to system requirements and back again. If you think that you are an open-minded and flexible person who thrives in a fluid environment where change happens often, then this is the role for you!

Key parts of your role:
  • Being a customer champion for external and internal customers - you will collaborate widely across logistics, finance, marketing and other cross-functional teams.
  • Engaging with the development team, where you will often wear a delivery hat. Inspiring action, making things happen! 
  • Backlog management, involved in prioritisation, planning for next and future sprints, while ensuring that what the team is working on is aligned to the digital roadmap and business strategic direction.
  • You will be breaking down requirements for development which requires you to be detailed and structured. You will be a person that leaves no stone unturned.
  • You will be highly involved in the ERP world within this FMCG business.

What you'll bring to the table:
  • 2+ years in business/systems/operations analyst or product roles.
  • A strong ability to build relationships with multiple cross-functional teams - you need to engage and be confident.
  • You'll have proven experience working with businesses to improve the process and business-facing systems.
  • Proven experience meeting tight deadlines.
  • A growth mindset, you must be passionate about wanting to grow, learn and progress.
  • You'll have the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced changing environment. Thrives on the ability to be flexible with ideas and think on your feet.
  • Experience with financials and strong business acumen.
  • Exposure to IT or software development.
Nice to haves:
  • An FMCG or finance background.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Exposure to scrum or agile environments.
