About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Fitness Club Manager for one of their newly acquired sites in Sydney. You will be charged with managing the club operations and procedures to a high standard, Key to your responsibilities are leadership, functionality, and results of this club. Due to this being a newly acquired site, you will take the lead (with support from your Regional Manager, Sales Legend & PT’s) in building the culture and customer base making this the key club in its region that customers want to belong to.

Duties:
  • Managing club operations
  • Drive performance and achievement of club KPI’s
  • Execute club marketing and advertising
  • Provide superior customer service and maintain the club brand at all times
Skills and Experience:
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communicator and listener
  • Ability to build high performing teams and culture
  • First Aid certificate & CPR
  • Prior management experience preferred but not essential
