    About the Role:
    Our client is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their high performing team. In this role you will be charged with handling customer queries both online and on the telephone, dispute resolution and cross & upselling of products. You will work closely with the Account Managers and provide a full end to end service for the customer.

     Duties:
    • Maintain customer satisfaction with pre- and post-sales service and support
    • Manage customer escalations and requests to ensure efficient resolution
    • Timely response and resolution through the business ticket system
    • Identify sales leads and pass on to the Sales team
     Skills and Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years customer service and/or sales support experience
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
