We’re after an experienced Administrator / Multi-tasker to join our growing company on an initial 6 month Maternity Cover contract with the potential of a permanent role at the end of the contract term.

We need a multi-tasker with a can-do attitude, is flexible, and will go above and beyond to ensure business objectives are met!

Reporting to Senior Management, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing a high level of administration support to the business including assisting with tender support / submissions, record keeping, data entry, database management, and ad hoc administration requirements
  • General reception duties including phone management
  • Diary co-ordination and meeting scheduling for senior management
  • Travel bookings and management
  • Updating of social media platforms – LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram etc
What you’ll need to succeed: 
  • A good work ethic and be able to achieve results with minimal supervision
  • An intermediate / advanced user of MS Office Suite and related software - in particular MS Word (formatting documents etc)
  • Strong social media skills
  • Acute attention to detail
  • A can do attitude, someone that solves problems
  • Ideally previous experience within the engineering / construction sector
