Personal Assistant to the CEO of Auscare Support, a growing disability support business. We are offering a flexible working arrangement with both

Based in Sydney, we are seeking a candidate ideally located around the Bondi area or with the ability to travel to Bondi easily for meetings. The role is initially a casual contract with the view to move to permanent part-time. We are offering a flexible working arrangement with both hours and the ability to work from home 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

About The Role
Supporting the CEO of Auscare Support you will be responsible for all aspects of day to day administration management, as well as assisting with projects inside and outside the business, such as development and production with podcasts, and marketing material. 
  • Executive support to the CEO
  • Diary management
  • Project work
  • Event management
  • Producing reports and documentation
  • Offering support to the greater head office team
Who are we looking for?
  • To secure this opportunity, you will need to have a solid administration and team support background with experience in providing executive support to a senior manager.
  • You will need to be able to juggle many things in this busy environment and be able to maintain strict confidentiality with business matters.
  • Your strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude will ensure your success in the role
  • You will need a naturally organised and highly patient personality 
  • Have the ability to work autonomously and 'think outside the box' 
  • Ability to travel and work from home 
  • Valid Driver's license and Comprehensively Insured Motor Vehicle
