More About This Role

  
The RYOT Branded Content Editor & Strategist plays a pivotal role in bringing to life editorial content developed in collaboration with commercial partners distributed across relevant Verizon Media brands. This role is the vital link between editorial, brand, and commercial teams. Using your knowledge of how articles and videos drive audiences and engagement, this role will work closely with commercial, strategic and editorial colleagues to help monetise content that is on-brand for both the client and the channel in which it is published as well as work closely with the client to deliver the solution. A sign of success would be the creation of branded content that appeals to audiences and drives eyeballs through organic means such as editorial promotion and social media.
   
A Lot About You
  • 4 years + proven experience in content creation, digital editorial and commercial strategy 
  • Experience in developing and implementing a market leading creative and content strategy
  • Experience working on large scale integrated content brief responses and pitching to clients directly will be highly regarded
  • Process oriented, possess strong organisational and research skills and have good attention to detail
  • Experience working on and delivering end to end projects
  • Experience working in and uploading to content management systems like Wordpress, Tumblr etc.
