Allura Partners are working with a leading, global Financial Services organisation to source a Senior Change Manager to work on a large regulatory program. Within the role you will be working with an experienced and well-established team of change practitioners, on a highly complex program of work.  This is a great opportunity to work for an organisation who understands and supports change. 
 
Senior Change Manager role responsibilities:
  • Ensuring impacted teams are ready and engaged to receive the changes created through the large transformation
  • Planning and driving execution of all business change management activities for the Program
  • Analysing change impacts 
  • Collaborating with project and business resources to ensure change accomplishes business benefits and minimises risks. 
  • Developing and implementing strategy to minimise  resistance and disruption
  • Building strong communication plans
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders
To be considered candidates will:
  • Be able to operate at a Senior Change Manager level with the ability to deal with senior stakeholders with complex needs
  • Have a strong track record in financial services 
  • Prior experience on regulatory change programs
  • Have the ability to understand the change impacts from the Customer's perspective
  • Flexible and able to work to a degree of ambiguity, with a resilient approach
