My client is gearing up for a very exciting program situated in the center of one on Australia top banks. This portfolio of work will be targeted towards the re definition and simplification of Business Banking product ledger. 

What you will need:

  • 10 years as a Business Process Analyst with experience working with front office stakeholders. 
  • A Working knowledge of Business Banking and Business Trading Product Ledger
  • Extensive background in process simplification and defining a target operating model across operations.
  • Knowledge of servicing and operation Channels in Business Banking.
What will you be doing: 
  • working with front office stakeholders to ensure current processes are understood.
  • Re-define and build documentation geared towards process improvement.
  • Define a new target operating model.
  • Review and refine the current product ledger.
