Allura Partners was launched in early 2017 and what a couple of years it has been! We are extremely proud to have grown the firm to be 11 strong over the past 2 years. In doing so we have built an awesome culture, launched new divisions, won new clients, delivered some exceptional work and had an enormous amount of fun along the way.

We are big believers in culture driving performance and no doubt it does because in FY18 we tripled revenue on expectation and did it again in FY19! The team we have in place now is a very exciting prospect for FY20. 

Based on the performance to date and anticipated plans we have recently moved to a new A-Grade offices in the Sydney CBD office to support the growth. We now seek to appoint a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant to join the Projects & Change team to deliver both permanent and contract recruitment services across our growing client base and support our established offering in this vertical. 

You will report to the Director, focused at delivering senior and executive searches, whilst partnering with experienced colleagues to leverage strong relationships in the market. This combination will no doubt ensure your success. You will be joining a high calibre project services recruiter with an exceptional market reputation and your Director will rainmake across the senior market in business development activities for this division to ensure success. 

Main duties include:
  1. Conducting extensive business development to existing and new clients to build service offering awareness, win new business and execute temporary, contract and permanent recruitment
  2. Providing tailored recruitment solutions for temporary, contract and/or permanent positions
  3. Key account liaison for major clients
  4. New business development, client retention and regular on site client visits
  5. Negotiate terms of business to set up PSA’s for clients or join existing PSA’s
  6. Cold calling clients and candidates
  7. Cross-selling for other areas of the business
It is expected that you will relish the opportunities, relationships and work given to you and in turn apply your skills, experience, network and attributes to maximise outcomes. You will ideally have 2-5 years recruitment experience and a degree qualification is preferred. It is also expected that your go get attitude will not only rely on the work and relationships handed to you but will drive you to develop additional relationships and business. In doing so, you will maximise your potential, learn from your leaders and colleagues, have fun, be busy and be financially rewarded beyond your expectations. In addition to an attractive base salary, you will be offered a market leading commission scheme.
