Description All Hands (https://allhands.app) is a new product we’re building to help leaders improve their communication and engagement with their teams by sending short, frequent video updates and collecting feedback to get better. 

We need someone to help us work directly with our customers as they start using the product and make sure they love the experience. We’re a small company, so ideally someone who is not afraid to do a little bit of everything - help us chase down leads, assist with technical support, collect feedback for us to include in the product, and more!

What you’ve got
  • A proven passion for great customer outcomes
  • Sales and account management experience.
  • Experience working with software or product teams.
  • Great communication skills. You will need to get our customers sharing their feedback on their experience with All Hands, and you will need to convey that message with our technical teams.
  • A data-driven and incremental approach. We want solid dependable progress over heroic efforts. 
  • You’re excited about joining an early-stage company and everything that entails: a little bit of chaos, and a whole lot of influence on what we become. 
  • Either some experience working remotely, or the excitement to try (we’re a 100% remote team).

Nice to have
  • Experience in any of the following areas: media, HR/culture, people leadership
