An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Rostering Officer to join the team of 4 in rostering. 

Key responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Creation of fortnightly rosters for a small service team
  • Management of daily changes to rosters ( due to unplanned leave) for the service team
  • Assisting other team members with rostering as required
  • Liaising with consumers to give them updates on schedules where necessary
Skills & experience required:
  • Previous experience in a rostering/scheduling or recruitment/account manager role where you have organised rosters
  • Experience rostering for unplanned leave
  • Excellent customer service skills - you will be liaising with both support workers and consumers regularly
  • Ideally, availability to work hours between 6.30am and 5.00pm daily
In return you will receive the following:
  • A monthly rostered day off (based on a 40 hour week)
  • Salary packaging is available up to the value of $16 000 annually
  • An hourly rate of $35.19 per hour plus super
  • No after-hours or on-call work!
