Our client is an IT solutions provider, with a focus on cloud service solutions. With over 30 years behind them they are leading the market on the Central Coast with their very own cloud-based infrastructure.
Due to growth, we are now looking for Level 1, 2 and Level 3 Service Desk Technicians to join the team in their Newcastle office. With a focus on collaboration and developing their team, we are looking for motivated and engaging candidates.
You’ll be responsible for:
  • Identifying and troubleshooting client software, hardware & network issues
  • Providing ICT and system support for clients
  • Assist the configuration and install of servers and IT equipment
  • Providing advice and solutions via phone and in person 
Essentially you:
  • 2 years’ + experience in a similar role
  • Sound knowledge and experience working on and troubleshooting Windows server, Microsoft operating systems, PC software apps & Office 365
  • WAN & LAN Infrastructure experience
  • Network Administration/Support experience
