Due to this ongoing growth, a rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join the finance team and work across the business. This role will be yours to take ownership of and ensure the accounts receivable process is managed effectively.
Reporting the Financial Controller and joining a team of 5, key responsibilities in this role will include:

Responsibility for ensuring all invoicing is completed effectively and efficiently
Liaising with team members to ensure all invoice documentation is provided and is compliant with agreed contractual agreements
Verifying and following up on any invoice discrepancies
Building rapport with key account contacts to resolve any invoicing issues and resolving payments

Ideally you will have the following background and skills to be considered:

A depth of experience in an accounts receivable role where you have been responsible for invoicing in a high-volume environment dynamic environment
Or previous experience in an insurance claims role with invoicing responsibilities
Be tenacious and confident in dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders
A high attention to detail and the ability to adhere to contractual agreements
The ability to be agile – this environment is dynamic and changing
A Tafe qualification in accounts (Certificate IV or Diploma) is preferred though is not essential
