The Job Opportunity
  
Reporting to the Director and Associate Director, you will lead the team and assist with the workflow of files on a wide variety of personal and corporate engagements. Your previous supervisory experience will enable you to mentor and drive the team to deliver superior results and service.
 
You will need to demonstrate the following:
 
  • Previous experience managing court liquidations, CVL's, VA's, administrations, trade-ons and small receivership's
  • Ability to provide personal debt and bankruptcy advice
  • Solid investigations experience
  • Capability to manage the statutory reporting/requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of the Corporations Act, Bankruptcy Act and relevant insolvency laws
  • Outstanding communication skills to liaising with debtors, creditors and clients
  • The ability to negotiate and deal with complex matters
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
The Successful Candidate
  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting or commerce
  • Minimum 3 years insolvency experience
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • CA or CPA qualification desirable
  • Solid experience using the full Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous MYOB Insolvency or MYOB suite experience is highly desirable
